Castle Hill RSL Club ensures simple, stair-free access to all its restaurants, bars, entertainment areas, exhibition spaces, conference rooms, and event spaces at the venue.

VENUE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Conditions of Entry

Entry into CHRG venues is limited to it's members, their guests, members of affiliated clubs, and visitors residing more than 5km from the club. Vistors residing within the 5km radius will need to be signed in by a CHRG member, be a member of an affiliated club (any RSL club), or become a member of CHRG for just $5.50.

Forms of Identifications

CHRG welcomes members and visitors to its venues, including Castle Hill RSL Club, Club Parramatta, Lynwood Golf and Country Club and Castle Hill Bowling Club.
Visitors over the age of 18 must present valid identification, including proof of address. Members and visitors who appear under the age of 25 must provide proof of age when entering.
The following forms of identification are accepted:

  • A current driver or rider license issued by an Australian State or Territory or any foreign country
  • A NSW digital driver's license
  • Australian or overseas passport (proof of address must be supplied with an Australian passport)
  • NSW photo card
  • Proof of age card/identification card
  • Keypass (over 18) identity card issued by Australia Post
  • An Australian Defence Force identification card (+ proof of address)

Other forms of identification will be at the discretion of CHRG management, whose decision will be final.

Dress Regulations

CHRG welcomes members and visitors to its venues. The acceptable dress code is smart casual, with a clean, neat, and tidy appearance at all times.
For the comfort of all our guests, obscene or offensive clothing will not be tolerated.
Additionally, the following regulations apply to all patrons:

  • Neat and Tidy Attire: Please wear clean and well-maintained, regular clothing. Clothing with offensive language, symbols, or graphics is not allowed, including but not limited to violence, hate speech, or explicit content.
  • Revealing clothing is not permitted: Undergarments, or clothing resembling an undergarment, should not be visible. Swimwear is permitted only in designated pool or water areas, therefore please change into regular attire before entering Castle Hill RSL Club.
  • Footwear: Appropriate, clean, and well-maintained footwear is required, at all times. No bare feet.
  • Hats and Caps: Please remove hats and caps indoors, except for specific cultural or religious headwear.

For specific events or functions, the dress code may vary. Please check our event announcements for details on dress requirements for such occasions.
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a family-friendly atmosphere. Our staff are here to assist you and ensure everyone’s enjoyment. Patrons who do not adhere to this dress code may be asked to adjust their attire or may be denied entry, as all dress regulations and hygiene standards are at the discretion of CHRG Management, whose decision will be final in all matters relating to dress and behaviour.

Minors (Under the age of 18)

CHRG welcomes members and visitors to its venues. Minors (under 18 years of age) must always be accompanied by a responsible adult. In designated areas of the clubs, including specialty bars, minors are not permitted unless part of a private function or event.

Minors on the licensed premises must vacate with their Parent / Guardian by 10 pm Sunday – Thursday, and 11 pm Friday and Saturday.

BOX OFFICE & TICKETING
Terms & Conditions
  1. 1. There are no refunds on tickets, except in the event that the show has been cancelled by the promoter, or as required by law.
  2. The right of admission is reserved by the box office staff at the venue.
  3. Concession holder tickets can only be purchased in person at the venue and upon production of relevant ID to Reception staff  (such as student, pensioner, concession).
  4. Latecomers can be admitted until there is a convenient break in the program, if at all, and admission is at the discretion of the box office personnel on the night of the performance.
  5. Tickets will only be issued upon full payment.
  6. Subject to availability, tickets may be available for purchase at the box office one hour prior to each performance.
  7. Every patron must have a valid ticket.
  8. By clicking the “Finalise Order” button, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions of sale, including the refund and exchanges sections. All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification.
  9. CHRG (Castle Hill RSL Group) assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in transmission, or line failure and reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary the program should the need arise.
  10. Persons residing within 5kms of the participating CHRG (Castle Hill RSL Group) venue must be a member of CHRG, must be signed in by another CHRG member, or must possess a membership of another RSL club, to gain entrance into any CHRG venue on the night of the event.
  11. A nominal 2% booking fee will be applied to the total value of all tickets acquired via CHRG and TicketSearch, serving as a standard administrative charge to facilitate seamless booking processes and enhance the overall ticketing experience

Companion Card Bookings

The Companion Card is designed to uphold the rights of individuals with disabilities who need a companion, by ensuring equitable ticketing practices at events and venues. Castle Hill RSL Club has an arrangement with our entertainment providers to offer a complimentary ticket for Companion Card holders.

Companion Card holders must contact the Castle Hill Box Office on 02 8858 4800 or visit in person to purchase.

Please be aware that first-time buyers are required to submit a copy of the front side of a valid Companion Card as evidence of issuance, which is highlighted in the Companion Card terms & conditions.

REGISTERED CLUBS ACT
Important Information For Club Members
  1. This club is required by law to make available to its members information that relates to the management and financial administration of the club including:

    1. 1. A register of disclosures made by the directors and employees of the club.
    2. Details of the overseas travel made by the directors and employees of the club.
    3. Details of loans given by the club to employees.
    4. Details of contracts of employment of top executives.
    5. Details of the payments made by the club for consultant services.
    6. Details of legal settlements made by the club with a director or an employee of the club.
    7. Details of legal fees paid by the club for a director or an employee of the club. Sign 2C_150519
    8. The club’s annual gaming machine profit.
    9. The amount applied by the club to community development and support.
    10. Details of training completed, or exemptions claimed, by a director, club secretary or manager of the club.

    AND

    The club must provide quarterly financial statements to its board for adoption, and make them available to members, including:

    1. The club’s profit and loss accounts and trading accounts for the quarter, and
    2. A balance sheet as at the end of the quarter.
