Explore colour and pattern as you craft your own pom-pom rainbow pencil! Mix stripes, dots, blocks or speckles using neon and sparkly yarn that really pops. Once your pencil is complete, doodle away or follow simple steps to draw a cute or crazy creature.
The best part? You can colour it in every shade of the rainbow using your new pencil!
